Are you organized, personable, and someone who enjoys being the person everyone can count on? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a busy insurance agency and help keep the office running smoothly.

This is a high-paced, customer-facing position where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll be one of the first faces our customers see and will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional experience for every client who walks through the door or calls the office.

Polish-speaking preferred for the nature of this role.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do



• Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member
• Assist customers with general questions and requests
• Schedule appointments and help manage the agency calendar
• Enter and update customer information accurately in agency systems
• Process paperwork, scan documents, and maintain organized files
• Assist insurance agents with administrative and customer service tasks
• Follow up with customers and help ensure requests are handled promptly
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
• Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
• Support the team with additional administrative projects as needed

• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed
• Polish-speaking preferred
• Previous insurance or office experience is a plus, but not required
