BUSINESS SALES CONSULTANT NEEDED IN TUSCALOOSA

Job Description:
Sales:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
Identify and prospect potential clients in the petroleum industry, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
Negotiate and close sales agreements, find real estate that is developable, and seek out potential acquisition of petroleum companies

Asset Management:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of petroleum assets, real estate, and equipment
Optimize asset utilization and profitability, analyzing market trends and making data-driven decisions
Collaborate with tenants of leased assets in order to improve their same station sales

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Strong understanding of the sales, including products, pricing, and market dynamics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive informed decision-making
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

Salary Range is $55k-$75k DOE
Commission structure above base salary for any new business obtained
